What qualifies for a return?

  • Our Guarantee here at xara official means if you are not satisfied with your order let us know within 30 days and we will give you a stress-free refund.

  • Just return what you purchased from us in it's original condition and we will process the full refund (store credit). Buyer is responsible for any return costs.

  • Orders in transit cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be credit back until the item has been returned to us and inspected

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

  • Proof of purchase

  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

  • Complete delivery address

  • Contact telephone number

    In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
